For Teachers
One-to-one professional support for English language teachers who deserve better than they’re getting.
Who This Is For
You’re a capable teacher — but you’re working without the kind of support that would help you grow. Maybe your school’s academic leadership is stretched thin or simply absent. Maybe you work freelance and there’s no one to observe you, challenge your thinking, or help you plan what comes next.
This is one-to-one professional coaching from someone who spent fifteen years doing exactly this from the inside. The kind of relationship most teachers never get — and the one that makes the difference.
Areas of Focus
Methodology & Classroom Skills
Targeted work on the things that never quite go away — chosen by you, worked on together.
Background
Fifteen years at ILA Vietnam, HUTECH, and RMIT University — building observation programmes, developing CPD frameworks, running DELTA study groups, and investing in teachers at every stage of their careers. I’ve watched the right kind of support change people’s careers. I bring the same approach here: honest, constructive, and genuinely invested in the person in front of me.
How It Works
No obligation. Tell me where you are. I’ll tell you honestly whether this is a good fit and what working together might look like.
Single session, starter pack, monthly, or deep dive. Remote, around your schedule, at a price that works for you.
Focused sessions with notes and actions between them. Progress you can feel — in the classroom and in your career.
Coaching Services
A focused 60-minute conversation on one specific challenge. No commitment. Good for a career decision, observation debrief, or advice on next steps.
Three sessions over six to eight weeks. Time to identify what you’re working on, make real progress, and decide if ongoing coaching is right for you.
Two sessions per month plus light support between sessions. Consistent accountability and a proper ongoing professional relationship. Minimum two months.
A structured intensive for teachers at a decision point — DELTA, coordination, freelance, or returning after a break. Includes self-assessment, 90-min session, and written development plan.
Group Development Sessions
Got a colleague who’d benefit? A small group of teachers working on the same challenges can pool resources — and often get more out of a shared session than they would alone. Groups of 3–6, remote, built around a topic you choose together.
One focused 90-minute session for 3–6 teachers on a shared topic — pronunciation, mixed ability, error correction, or anything the group agrees on. Each person pays individually or one person organises.
Three 90-minute sessions over 6–8 weeks. Sustained development around a shared goal or challenge. Enough time to make real progress together.
A structured 3.5-hour CPD experience for groups of 3–6 teachers. Three distinct topic blocks chosen by the group, followed by open Q&A, career advice, and development planning. Pre-work sent in advance, written follow-up and individual action points delivered within 48 hours. The most intensive and comprehensive group option.
What Teachers Say
“His friendly yet professional attitude made me feel extremely welcome from the very beginning and I knew I could always go to him for guidance. He genuinely cares about professional development and supported me a great deal in my early career as a teacher.”
“He ensured that teachers received professional development opportunities and encouraged us to expand our range of professional experiences and qualifications. In particular, he set up a focus group to help teachers study for their DELTA certificate. I gained a lot from my time teaching in Andy’s team.”
